If a driver doesn't support the platform, it is supposed to exit
cleanly, and then Xorg falls back to trying another one (falling back to

had the same cause, as we
both have NV50-family cards, but my 8800 GT is a G92 chipset whereas
yours is a NVA0/GT200 chipset. So I'm not sure how 'similar' they
really are in terms of the driver code.

does, pressing 'q' and waving the mouse around should hopefully get you
out of MPlayer within a few seconds, and your system will hopefully

Now the system's has replaced it, but that includes
drm.h before via_drmclient.h, using the C99 integer types without
including stdint.h first.
