Does this bug about unplugging/replugging a USB mouse still occur with
latest xserver-xorg-core and input drivers currently in unstable? Does
it help if you change "/dev/input/by-id/usb-Logitech_Trackball-mouse" in
xorg.conf with a regulat "/dev/input/mouse" or so ?

I have a USB mouse and keyboard attached via a USB hub. When I unplug
the hub and then plug it back in, the keyboard will work in X but the
mouse does not. However, if I then switch to a virtual terminal and
then back to X it will work
