I tried the patch from http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14627 which seems to be one of the issues - Doesnt work for me. The next time DPMS kicked in the X was dead again - although its not always that DPMS triggers the bug ... Jan 11 16:10:00 touch kernel: [ 3439.284018]
