please add a Breaks: glx-diversions (<< 0.4) to libgl1-mesa-glx to ensure clean upgrades from MESA 8 to MESA 9 if the proprietary drivers are being used. MESA 9 ships libGL.so.1.2.0 which needs to be diverted by glx-diversions, too. Patch will follow.
