If I move out those 3 .dri files from /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/dri -
what you have mentioned in the other bug report - would that make it
work? Did that fix the issue for you? GPU acceleration is not
available for me as the firmware cannot be loaded for the GPU and the
whole system relies on
So, since Xorg requires SSE2, I tried GNOME as it is using Wayland
instead. In the debian installer I kept the default selection for the
desktop environment (GNOME, which comes with gdm3). Everything works
fine. The other DE which comes with Wayland is KDE, but I cannot
install it because that
