There are some minor issues still with logging and processing of whitelisted E-mail. I'm using WHITELIST AUTH, AUTOWHITELIST ON and PREWHITELIST ON. Depending on how I whitelist though, I see all sorts of different logging, and on at least two of the methods, PREWHITELIST ON doesn't appear t
