You can use LOGLEVEL HIGH to see which config files Declude JunkMail is using.

I think maybe you should ensure that there are no other config files
anywhere hanging around. Search the folder for files inclding the text

One last thing...I have figured a way to keep the customer happy and
still be bouncing everything. I have this particular client set up per
domain. They are the only one out of 75 that are set that way. I have
gone into their domain $default$.junkmail file and added WEIGHT40

I have gone into their domain $default$.junkmail file and added WEIGHT40

I am of the opinion that this will send all mail with a weight of 40 or
higher (to WEIGHT 60 which is set to delete) that is sent to their
domain but will not send any other mail from
I installed Websense yesterday and since then I have been getting email
stopped because it cannot find the MX record. Here is a sample:

Someone correct me if I am wrong
with what you said no messages will be deleted they will all use the
WEIGHT40 ROUTETO action.
If you use the ROUTETO and the DELETE at t higher weight the ROUTETO once
the email is routed it can not be delete
To be confidant of which action will happen use
I'll explain the issue and then ask the question.
We are having trouble with a spammer who registers new domain names every
day and spams our customers from a DSL line with a dynamic ip. They changes
the text a bit each time, leaving us nothing to filter on except this, from
(unix) whois lookups:
with what you said no messages will be deleted they will all use the
WEIGHT40 ROUTETO action.
If you use the ROUTETO and the DELETE at t higher weight the ROUTETO once
the email is routed it can not be delete
Actually, what happens with WEIGHT40 ROUTETO [EMAIL PROTECTED] and

Scott, I sent you my global.cfg, $default$.junkmail, and a debug log

WARN action and Declude is instead using the IGNORE action?
Thanks,

Hello,
I was wondering if any one here had a tool for or knew a way to get statistics
from the imail sys logs?
I have the unix tools installed so run stats on the declude logs.
but i can't get it to work on the sys log, i'm trying to get a count

What version of Declude are you running (\IMail\Declude -diag from a
command prompt will show you)? It sounds like you may be running an older
version -- I believe you won't see that message with recent versions of

I've noticed the same thing. Is this caused by not having the test listed in the

Declude JunkMail will use the IGNORE action if either [1] the config file
that is used for the recipient uses the IGNORE action, or [2] there is no
action
Hello,
I don't think this can be done with out alot of code,
this would involve making a program to do whois looks by email address,
which i don't think can be done, and even if it could be done, and would be very
taxing and slow, as such would create a large back log on high traffic server.
