It's one thing to have the facts and make the decision yourself...it's
another to have blind faith in another. I think most people will need to
know exactly how the new licensing works to be comfortable with it.
To avoid a lot of calls, and having to explain everything over and over, it

Sent this previous email a couple of days back but since it is a beta I
guess email support is not supported.
FYI, we have no record of any support requests from you.
So declude team, app does not work yet on SmarterMail.
It does, but apparently not on your server. :)

This looks to work but I get no users. There are about 5 users with exchange

Scott,
you should have a record because I even have a tkt # - it is IGG-76544 dated
12/20/04. I got the autoresponse but thats it.
FYI, tried this on 2 dev servers with same results (I renamed host name of
the second server when it did not work on first), both with the same
executable so maybe
cscript exchange2aliases.vbsbackup.east-undershirt.k12.ia.us
LDAP://199.1.1.5/cn=users,dc=east-undershirt,dc=k12,dc=ia,dc=us
There aren't enough parameters on that command line.

That was it. I copied the string from my ldap2aliases command lines and
assumed the last switches were the same.
Thanks for all your help and time for developing these scripts.

No prob. Glad they've been helpful. Ex2a is due for an update to deal
with spaces-in-names. I'll get to that after the new year and after
Registry2LDAP is complete.

Hi,
At the end, there are two components to this:
A) the technique used to validate licenses (e.g., an activation code,
hardware detection, etc.)
B) the procedures on how a questionable situation is handled.
I really don't have a problem with ANY technique as long as I can be
comfortable with

OK... I have downloaded the trail of sniffer and installed per the

Now I am getting no warnings in the headers... how can I look to see if the

Middling success, but definitely beneficial...the biggest benefit we've seen
is in blocking forged spam from domains we serve. By implementing SPF for
those domains, we can fail email that doesn't come from our servers. So,
forging spam that uses the destination address as the from address is
Sounds good Scott. We'll try to wait patiently for the licensing details

More than a nice gesture I think it is necessary for Declude survival. That
is unless Ipswitch ICS is now a huge success ):
While many will remain on Imail for years to come, I doubt ICS will be a
good revenue stream for Declude or other similar products.
Would Declude have decided to charge

This is a discussion we have been having internally for some time, that is
to say how can customers share their knowledge along with folks from
Declude.
As John has pointed out there are privacy concerns as well as the
information leaking out to the enemy. As yet we have no firm answer but if
