for the new log format of Declude 3.0. The programs are provided free and
"as is".
They can be downloaded from our site listed in the tag line.

Put all the logs into debug mode. Allow
it to run until you know this issue has occurred. Put the logs back the way you
had them.
Extract from the JM log all the lines
for a message in question. Send those along with the d and q file to Declude

I would hope that #1 becomes a priority as well. Having a program that
handles spam, and especially viruses crash on parsing an E-mail,
malformed or not, is a security issue as well as a stability one,
though it appears that they might have addressed the stability thing.

I have one outstanding issue -- not stability

We're seeing some messages that exceed our hold or delete
weights get routed to our hold or delete folders without having their subjects
altered (we prepend "spam" to the subject line). They route

service
Stop the Imail Queue
Manager service.
rename declude.exe to declude.old
Perform the
upgrade.
Make sure the
DecludeProc service is started. (it was
not)
Restart the Imail
SMTP and Queue Manager service.
Decludeproc service
Per Bill at Declude, number 3
is fixed and number 4 is being fixed.

moves them to a new folder \proc\review. The Decludeproc did crash and stop,
but it was restarted. I am not sure if the files were moved upon restart or at

Attached is the d*.smd file that I reported to Declude last Thursday which
causes both the 3.0.3 and 3.0.4.4 'decludeproc.exe' services to stop. The
message content looks very similar to the 3 files you posted, and I thought you
