crazy...I have updated the "Null sender maximum tries" to 1, reset the
SMTP service, and am still seeing rejections... but when I check the rfc
ignorant listings, we are not listed there. Any thoughts?

Not flimsy at all, IMO. If you are unwilling to accept any
non-delivery messages, I don't think you should expect anyone to take
responsibility for your mail.

SBL does block an entire /18, when only 1 or 2 /24's are responsible
for sending Spam. What's worse is that if you have an assignment in
that /18, but your IP's are totally clean (innocent bystander), they
will Not remove the block for your Address Space. I know this for a
