I'm in a fairly unique position in that I actually have a brand new system
sitting on the bench as part of our LONG delayed migration away from
NT4/Imail6 and into the new millennium. So timing is everything, and a
Version 3/Version 4 decision had to be made in fairly short order to be

That file came back in a 3.x version, I do
not remember which one.

One of our users has an "office" email account that all correspondence
goes to. A forwarding entry has been entered under Imail 8.22 admin
using the "., [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]" syntax so that each
office user gets forwarded the message that was sent to the office

I noticed a ‘console.txt’ file after upgrading
to v4. This appears to have the summary line information from the V1
Console (deccon.exe).
Is this a step towards the Console functionality being added

V4 seems to be OK so far.

Previously, under versions 1-3, you purchased each item and version of item
you wanted.
If you purchased EV Pro, JM Pro and Hijack with a 1 year SA, cost would be
as such:
JunkMail Pro - $895.00
EVA Pro - $1,295.00
HiJack - $295.00
That is a total of $2485
A SA for all three is thereafter $309
Now that I know more about the switch, I am more comfortable with the changes.
I think that we collectively jumped to some conclusions. I am interested to see
how the whole thing plays out.
