Karl, I tested the script and I found that, if my log file is BIG, the error appear, I tested with a 10 and 18MB and worked perfect, then, with a 40MB, file the error showed up. My log files are around 100MB; last Sunday there was a spam surge and it grew up to 365MB :-( May be it would be
