I am running 2.0b and have the Spamheaders problem. Is there a fix for 2.0b
available?

I remember a previous discussion regarding someone creating and maintaining
an sd.txt file for everyone to use. Did that ever occur? Does anyone have a
sd.txt file they would be willing to share?
Thank you,

Is there a site available where I can download the latest sd.txt file that
people are using for the SPAMDOMAINS test?
Thank you,

This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list. To
and the same. The test name is SNIFFER, the
product name is
Message Sniffer. It is a third party program used to detect
spam, that can
be hooked into Declude JunkMail.
I added Sniffer to Declude JunkMail recently and I am very pleased. It is a
great addition to Declude.
Regards,
Bill
I installed the demo version of Message Sniffer and configured it in Declude
according to the directions on the website. It is failing every e-mail
received. Any ideas what could be wrong?

John,
Bill, what is the test definition in the Global.cfg?
SNIFFER externalnonzero C:\IMail\Declude\Sniffer\sniffer2.exe
I would also change the weight to 0 0 for now.
I do not have a weight set. I set it up to HOLD as a test.
Thank you for your assistance.

Bill

Terry,
When I demoed I had to have that string at the end of the
.exe path. It has been a while but make sure you have that - that has
to be inside the quotes.
I added the at the end of the test. Now, I am getting the
ERROR_RULE_AUTH 73 entry in the sniffer2.txt log file
Darrell,
Do you happen to have some of the legit mail saved that
Sniffer failed on. This would be helpful to the folks
especially to see if it duplicates what happened to me.
Sorry, I passed it on already. Every e-mail was showing SNIFFER as a failed
test. I did not notice anything
Terry,
well, that's the error that indicates you are not authorized.
just glancing at the web try xnk05x5vmipeaof7 instead of
the zeroes and see if that fixes it.
That worked! Now the log has entries of Match, Clean and Final. Now, I can
let it run and see how it works for me.
Thank you
I wanted to thank you for your time and effort that you have put
into posting and keeping up to date a file that I can use to help
guard
against spam. I know how busy life and work can be and wanted to
thank
you for your diligence in providing a service (free) to me as well as
this
I added McAfee a couple of months ago as Scanner 2. Everything is working
well. I don't think it is absolutely necessary, but the extra protection
can't hurt.
