I just did this and only created the directories for the few domains we
wanted scanne

I am installing Junk mail for the first time and I want to be able to
specify which domains get scanned. I understand you have to create a
directory for each domain you want scanned and place the $default$.JunkMail
file into that directory. The question I have is what if I have 200 domains
