An "ipfile" can be used with a negative weight, or you can also
construct in the most recent beta version of JunkMail Pro, a custom
filter using the following
REMOTEIP -5 CIDR 200.150.125.0/24
You can also weight each line at zero and apply the weight in the
Global.cfg.
