Hi, John. Just curious... What method did you use to determine that those 4 messages were causing the 'decludeproc.exe' service to unexpectedly stop? I would like to be able to send Declude the messages in our 'proc' folder that are causing the same problem here. Regards, Kim -- Or

I am confirming this is occurring in 3.0.4.1 as well. 3.0.4.1 was sent to me to hopefully fix this. In my case, I am getting error lines in the Virus log, left over .vir directories, misplaced log lines, (JM line in the virus log and hijack log) and events in the windows event log. John T eServic
