I'm pretty sure that the spamrouting test will only tag things when they switch continents back and forth or something to that tune.  Nevertheless, a DE > DE > US trail is not spammy and it shouldn't be tagged.  If it was US > DE > US, that would fail the test. Matt Andy Schmidt wrote:
