No, it is not case sensitive. So you can have either "Klez" or "klez".

Even if my virus definitions are not up on this yet, my banned extension
policy will stop it.

No, it isn't down -- but a bunch of people got unsubscribed for no apparent
reason.
My guess is that anyone who had tried unsubscribing in the past year or so
and didn't get unsubscribed just got unsubscribed yest
