Once again my hat is off to you Scott. I had a major problem when I got home last night from a day on the road. Panic was the order of the day. After trying for three hours and talking with a couple of members from this list, I decided to go to the manual you have on the web. All the answers were there! I could have gone there first and saved three hours of grief but n0, panic and stupidity set in and I tried things that I am ashamed of now...;<). Thanks to the two gentlemen that offered suggestions, I figured out Imail socked it to me once again. They introduced me to declude -diag (of which I was unfamiliar with. There I found I had lost my activation code. That lead me to looking for a name change created by Imail. Then I went to the manual and found out the location of the name change, corrected it and lo and behold, the dang thing worked. Of course now I had over 6000 emails telling me that the Klez virus was found (I neglected to turn of Klez notification - something I have corrected) when I got to my desk at 0400 this morning. After a hasty removal of the email account and reinstallation, the 6000 disappeared.
Thanks for having the forethought of including the simple yet complete manual. One of these days I may even be able to spell IT! Jim Rooth --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
