declude.cfg file to reflect this change. I hate it when people fix things
that are not broken... why rename it?

Well, I get the test files, so it is not working. i reinstalled F-Prot to
make sure the DOS version was checked and it is. Any more ides?

I uninstalled F-prot completely and reinstalled and the F-prot.exe file is
now there. And the EICAR.COM file is now blocked...
What a PITA!
