I don't think that is a valid directive. Right now
I believe cr-vulnerability function is either a "on or off" thing. There
isn't much in options there. Until there is, you may want to consider a

with some enhancements and fixes. If ALLOWVULNERABILITIES does have an issue,
it will be dealt with and documented.
