No, if I do this:
strtointdef(maskedit1.text,0) = 0
Say the field is 680_ (with the underline
Hi Ross,
What I use for several clients is an include file for each client.
The code in the main program is as below and only the line without the space
(making it a valid {$INCLUDE) is included in the project.
The Client Specific Constants files can have anything you like in it.

There is only going to be 2 brands and some controls are to be hidden in
one of them. It's not so much a branding thing as a customisation.
Cheers,
Ross.

I have an application for which I want to split into 2 separate brand
names with a different application title, splash screen & about form,
and some small differences in code. What would be the easiest way to go

Surely Enter can automatically be 'used' by your component unless one of the

* the forms KeyPreview property is true.
* one of your buttons has its Default property set to true. Even if
this is so, you should still be able to trap the Enter key in the OnKeyDown
event
Hi all.
What is the preferred way of getting a value out of maskedit.
I can use pos('_' (using _ as the mask) but there must be better way.
Also, say the user enters a number, then presses Enter can the Enter key
be used by the component, rather than an onkeyevent in the mainform?
Thanks,
Alistair
Funny how different people read things differently, I read that as a bit of

Thanks for that, after more investigation it is not the TMemoryStream that
is causing the problem, just a normal String. I will try to work another way
around it.
