By setting the proc name and params at design time, I can see that the
thing is not going to work.
First it is using call, even though it is supposed to use select when
you use open.
Second, it still does not seem to be getting teh parameters right
what is the stuff after the semi-colon ?

now I suspect that I am not even executing the procedure, I dont think I
have teh params correct yet... the code is
