If you did a default install you have the demos. Perhaps you didn't
take notice of where they were installed. You can change the directory
as part of the setup.
Check your "All Users"/"Public Documents" folders for a "Rad Studio" sub folder.

Have you looked in the Demos folder. There are a number of new ones in there.
