e consegui baixar de boa, inclusive já outras pessoas fizeram o download do
exemplo.
Este problema pode ocorrer devido a necessidade de se cadastrar no CodeCentral,
é gratuito e tem muitos beneficios, se vc ainda não se inscreveu no
CodeCentral,
é só se inscrever e baixar td q vc quiser, o codecentral e o maior repositorio
de qq coisa relacionado ao desenvolvimento Borland do mundo é mt legal mesmo,
vale a pena!
