I notice that LilyPond defaults to red staff lines in Gregorian Chant. Your code uses \override Staff.StaffSymbol.color = #(x11-color 'black) to make this black, however it doesn't alter the ledger line color. There is a line in live-score.ily which sets the color of everything black - I guess yo
