Thanks for this. Curiously I had just noticed the same bug in the
Reminder Accidental. What is missing is that Denemo is being told the
score is altered (if that were the only change you had made you would be
able to quit without saving).

quarter c d e fis g f, add a cautionary accidental for the f, and
refresh the print preview, the cautionary accidental does not show. On
the other hand, if I save this score, close it and open it again, the
cautionary accidental

cautionary accidentals (Notes/Rests > Append/Edit Note > Cautionary
Accidental) dont't show in the print preview / printed score (current
git version of Denemo).
