Ah, sorry, yes, I forgot that I hadn't submitted a patch to fix the
version-controlled/artifact issue.
The file `patch-20200209.diff` adjusts the `buildjars` target so that it
depends on `buildsource`.
I've added a new property `out.bnd.dir` that uses a directory created
