db-derby-10.12.1.1-bin/bin does not contain .setEmbeddedCP.ksh file.
I configured the CLASSPATH, then tried to execute the .setEmbeddedCP.ksh and it
was not there in the directory.

I think perhaps our documentation is out of date.
