think the horse perhaps is aggressive but could be redisigned less heavy.

Logo is a symbol (if possible without any word indicating the product) that
indicates strictly and remember just for its nature the product itself.
Derby could be associated to : horse, riding, competition, hats, football...

This proposal is based on feather. There's no need to make it the same as
Apache's feather. It can be colored in red-violette-yellow palette to make
it look like Apache's feather.
Custom-made font makes this logo unique-looking.
