I just implemented whiteboard template to the Macros Dialogs whiteboard
[1]. the only thing that I am unaware of is the status, whats in/out of
scope and the Relevant Art. I just left the status as "call for proposals"
as there is only one proposal. If you go back into the history you will see

P.S. Tango theme in need of replacement icons ("documents" to "templates"):

But I'm not sure that the big icons are needed. The window "Open" does not
use large icons in the Windows-OS.
