I agree, I have added my vote to the first email and then all follow the
email with lot of votes, don`t know if I were wrong or it was like expected.

and put everything in place later.
And yes, I completely agree: this is a little chaotic and the vote
should be redone with a voting system!

Hi,
I'm not sure how the voting system is supposed to work. I took the last
email, and added my votes to that. Others took the plain list from the
first mail and added their votes to that.
What is the right way?
Maybe an online voting system would help?
