'audiotestsrc' element, so I used an mp3 file):

any audio playback unless I was using something other than alsasink.

I can confirm this in nautilus as well.
I have samba shares defined in my fstab, mounted using smbfs
If I use the terminal to mount the samba share then everything is fine,

After a reboot, it works.. but..
After some testing (changing defautl sound card, using differents
software), this stop to work and nothing work again. If I logout and I

Problem for me too. It's two weeks before our "enterprise version" of
Ubuntu is being released, folks. This is pretty crucial.
I was able to find a workaround by choosing "report to developers" and
then using the gnome-cups-mgr while the Bug report window was open. Very
strange.

Hi, thanks for your report; can you confirm that you're running the
latest dapper updates; there was a fix that went into hal and gnome-
power-manager.
By doing the control-alt-backspace you're killing X and then killing the
'g-p-m' which is presumeb

I have a iP4000 as well. Using the latest drivers as of today, 5-15-06 on the
standard dapper channels, and amd64, the printouts experience a color-shifting
problem. They also only take up 1/4 of the page. An image is availible here.

Add printer correctly identifies hp deskjet 3320, but driver list does
not have drivers for it. Attempts to install other drivers fail, The
printer shows up in printer window but it still will not print. I am
using Dapper drake flight 5.

confirmed.. this is highly annoying, makes it look like your computer
crashed because you dont know if its shutting down or not

To reproduce, log in as a user, then as another via XNest
(gdmflexiserver --xnest). In the XNest window, bring up the keyboard
properties window.
Works fine with a normal new user login (gdmflexiserver).
