CD/DVD Creator shows in the Places menu even if such a device does not
exist. This shows if the nautilus-cd-burner package is installed.
For systems without cd/dvd burners this is just extra clutter in the

Reading bug 34112 I suspect you mean libgnomeprint 2.12.1-3ubuntu2.
However, as mentioned at #34112, those binary packages have not yet
entered the archive. Only 2.12.1-3ubuntu1 is available. It's now 8 days

There's not much more to say on this one... it seems very likely that
the problem is with the ubuntu 2.6.15 kernel package and has been fixed
in more recent revisions. I'd advise building your own kernel, or
raising a bug against the kernel package.

That's strange but when I plug the mp3 device in the usb port in the

deactivated first the remote tests feature and even then it still

Furthermore, junk mail ends up tagged with the read flag, so I cannot

On a fresh install of abiword on Dapper and setting System, Preferences,
Preferred applications, Browser, Firefox, the abiword page opens as the

I'd like to suggest that this be reclassified as a bug rather than a
wishlist item. Although it's not a bug with any one particular
component involved, it is a bug in Ubuntu.

About applying the patch:
We add/remove the appropriate lines in the C source file, restart
Nautilus and then we're good to go, or does this require a re-compile?
I don't get it. Isn't this kind of dodgy when we're using pre-compiled
binaries from deb packages?

Nautilus uses wrong icons
I tested with a fresh installation of Dapper on the second Harddrive of the
same machine, the problem is still the same. So it occurs on a brand ne
installed system as well. Nautilus cdrecord does't work but gnomebaker do.
Burner is a siemens-fujitsu 4x speed CD-writer.
