Thanks for your bug. The help translations from rosetta has not used yet
because we don't have the infrastructure to ship with language-packs. A
part of the issue is due to rosetta which should make that clear or not
list to translate. Somebody from the italian locale team should send the
po for it
I'll confuse even more.. libavahi-compat-howl-dev binary is actually on
universe, but the actual source package (avahi) is on main. I guess
libavahi-compat-howl-dev needs a promotion to main before it happens, but devs
have the final work of couse.

In edgy, aptituded up from hoary, I have recently started getting the
"greeter appears to be crashing" error when logging out using the gui
menu. I noticed it about a week ago, but I rarely logged out before
that, except to do a mandated restart. I do not specifically know when
it started doing

Thanks Jeff, yeah, the gnome bug report didn't mention other special
characters, but I believe the fix included them. Please reopen if you

On fully updated edgy system there is even no bacground for progress
bar, so there is white text on grey background. I am convinced this is
no doubt an important "edgy-beta" issue to fix.

It is quite annoying that gossip won't try to reconnect to the server
automatically after suspend-resume, or after the internet connection
goes away for a few minutes. Currently I have to reconnect manually each
time (when I remember to do that). This happens quite frequently

Binary package hint: evolution
I have selected the option to remember this password for all password
dialogs in Evolution 2.8.0. However, each time evolution needs a
password, the dialog is displayed with remember this password already
checked. This worked prior to the inclus
I'm closing the bug. This 'bug' turns out to be a discussion about
changing defaults. This should be moved to a mailing list or something -
it's not a bug. If you have problems with specific icons, please file
separate bugs on those icons and elaborate on how things should be
changed. Thanks a lot.

When i choose an iso file to burn, i have to wait about 5 minutes to
"burn cd" window appear.
With top command, i see that nautilus-cd-burner is using almost 100%
cpu.
I'm using latest edgy with all updates until today (2006-09-22)
