Since I upgraded from Dapper to the Edgy beta, totem has started playing
only half of each second of sound of a particular movie clip. If I run
it from the terminal, it prints one of these errors every second (the
text is always the same)
One thing I hadn't considered is whether the windowing system might make
a difference. the GParted livecd uses gtkmm and Fluxbox. Don't know if
this would make a difference. Let me know if this might make a
difference and what you might want tested, if anything.

I have set the left windows key to launch the terminal (with
System->Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts). If I press it once, the terminal pops
up. If I close the terminal using the X and immediately hit the left windows key
to launch it again, it doesn't work. Even if I press it
i found out my problem was i was burning the image at too high of a speed,
for my laptop to read, i had to slow it to like 4x to burn for my old
laptop, then it worked fine.

I didn't backtrace, because when running any other way, It works. I
tried just typing "nautilus", and it runs as a seperate process, not in
the prompt. I tried "sudo nautilus" to get superuser access, and it

I upgraded Breezy to Dapper on my Samsung laptop. Everything works
except for the gnome help. Clicking on any help icon fails to launch
gnome help. Entering yelp on command line gives message "Could not
initialize gecko!"
Any help on what I could do to get yelp working.
