I don't get what you're saying here. Are you saying that you'll make
the design of the face browser as neutral as possible so that it'll
fit in with any style? That's generally not the way to go if you're
making default artwork. There is already a big enough inconsistency
problem in Ubuntu
I cannot reproduce this bug.
Right clicking and selecting "open with import keys" works for me on an
up to date Edgy install.

All russian-speaking users set one-byte-encoding of oscar to cp1251 for

Nope, neither kernel nor Evolution caused any problems since then. The
problems seems to be lost in the seas of entrophy. I'm using
ndiswrapper, so this is not really something special.

Thank you for responding to my report. I should have used contact list
instead of listserv. Everyone I know uses listserv which may be a term
from Outlook Express. Sorry for causing the confusion.
When trying to setup a contact list, I have been successful in making
short lists of 10 to 20 address
Correct diagnosis. The distribution upgrade (not aptitude dist-upgrade)
removed a bunch of python dependent packages (eg pybliographer) and then
installed a bunch of 2.5 new packages and hal-device-manager now works.

Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? It's not
using 158M, that number counts the shared library used by the applet
like GTK. Maybe you could get a valgrind log
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind) for the applet?

Well yes, 9 MB of that is listed as shared, so it's only about 48MB
unique resident.
I'm using Edgy on this laptop.
I'm not entirely sure how panel applets are launched, exactly. Can I
just run "valgrind gweather-applet" on its own, or is there some panel
applet harness I need to plug into?
