I've got two laptops -- an IBM ThinkPad T42 with an ATI Radeon Mobility
9600 using the 'radeon' driver, and an HP Compaq nw8440 with an ATI
FireGL v5200 using 'fglrx' -- and on the HP it looks like the GDM login
window is using a font that's either
its not NFS but NTFS that I am using. I also have ntfs-3g whatever
latest version feisty supports. But now it really does not matter
atleast to me as I have found my salvation on Exaile :)

I have this bug on a freshly installed edgy (but my home directory
copied from an older dapper installation): the plot type selection is
empty when I try to insert a chart.
This seems to be a duplicate of bug #39699. The reporter of that one
said that something in his home directory triggered
marking unconfirmed, likely an upstream bug and likely upstream, would
be nice if somebody getting the bug could open it on bugzilla.gnome so
he can answer their questions, etc

In fact, the crash may occur because banshee was running in the same time...
Because I was unable to reproduce after having quit banshee.

OK found the problem. If you make nautilus browse to a directory with a
broken symlink then you get this segfault. I'm sure I saw this reported
elsewhere...
