This is the first time GAIM crashes. I just returned from standby (5 min
or so), and was surfing with Firefox. At some point I saw a screen going
away, heard my hard drive rattling, and saw the bug report screen.

When using with LANGUAGE=pt_BR.UTF-8 epiphany it works, but it still
would be good to have epiphany in english and set the spell dictionary
in spellchecker.dictionary.

MSN seems to have some connection problems, so I got a message. I
clicked on the error notification, clicked "connect" in the dialog, then
closed the gaim window by clicking the "X".
Later I clicked the tray icon and gaim crashed.

i noticed that it takes about a second to draw the screensaver window
inside the gtk window though ... are you sure its not just showng up a
bit delayed ?

In what context should I stop bonobo-activation-server? Before
suspending the computer? After waking up?
I don't know what it does, so I'm not sure when to do that, sorry...
But I also suspect it to be a networking issue. That's probably the
only thing that can break by freezing an application
