How often should I repeat this request and bug report?, what do you
mean? The bug is known upstream:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=400288, and repeating a
request is of no use when everybody is already overworked, maybe you
could consider try to contribute and work on the bug rather?
The thunderbird request is bug #90903

My G3 has three operating systems installed: OS 9, OS 10.2.8, and Ubuntu 6.10.
While it is CURRENTLY running OS X, it was obviously (I hope) running Ubuntu
at the time of the Screensaver tests I ran. Sorry if this caused any confusion.

Won't that mean more errors I spent five hours downloading my update and I
would like to know for sure that the new release is reliable. I like Ubuntu
but when I switched to edgy I suddenly began to report more serious errors.

Thanks very much -- did an apt-get install xine-ui, apt got that as well
as an updated libxine module. I already had libdvdread, libdvdnav and
libdvdcss. Once xine-ui was loaded DVDs load normally and offer full

Many thanks for your help -- this is not a bug
