I tried to use 'gnome-search-tool' to get a list of all of the .svg
files on the system. When it finds one, it calls on the gdk_pixbuf
loader to get a picture of the .svg file to display in it's list. After
installing all of the relevant -dbgsym packages
Pidgin 2.0.0beta7---the first version named "Pidgin" by upstream---has
been released (see http://www.pidgin.im/). I guess the time has come to
create a Pidgin package for Gutsy and remove the existing Gaim package
(at least after Pidgin 2.0.0 will have been released later this week).

The default browser is firefox at the moment so it has to be on the CD. To
build GNOME with xulrunner we would have to add it to the CD which means having
to remove something else. I think users like better to have extra applications
available rather than firefox and xulrunner.

Open a pdf file located in a smb share with evince.
Close evince.
Open the same file through the 'Recent documents' in gnome-panel menu.
An message windows should pop up with this error:
'Could not find a suitable application.'
I have the same issue and added a comment to the bug at GNOME.org
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419350) to indicate that the problem
is back in version 2.10.1 of Evolution.
Reason for doing so is the fact that the bug at GNOME.org was initiated on

menu that's a known issue and the bug can be closed as duplicate

Your gconf change is a workaround, it's written nowhere than set the
gconf key to the same value it already has should trigger an update, the
efficient way is to no make any change when not required. As a
workaround you can try to set the value to something else and then back
to the value you want

Not likely no, that bug has only 1 duplicate which means it doesn't
annoy many users, it's a small one and upstream changed the software
behaviour to fix it
