This will only fail, if you have an invalid browser configured in your
gnome Preferred Applications, e.g. /usr/local/bin/swiftfox, which
would not exist anymore.
Then to reproduce it:
1. start gnome-about
2. click on a link therein
I would bet that other applications are similarly affected, but
Thank you.
I can confirm the fix with the new package.

Those patches probably aren't enough. I suspect a bug in main-menu or
slab, which prevents the list to be read correctly (i.e. the xbel looks
fine to me, but the recent applications are not showing up in the menu
as the list is empty from main-menu's point of view).

gnome-system-monitor by default only shows the user's process which is
fairly good default value in my opinion.

I certainly don't suffer the original bug anymore as it was very obvious
with almost every track I played. That doesn't imply others don't have
this problem anylonger :)

Rhythmbox sound problems (clicking/snapping/crackling) when not using
crossfading backend
Right. I have installed all the -dbgsym packages relating to tracker.
Running trackerd under gdb results in a backtrace of 80 lots of ?? ()
in ??, and running valgrind on trackerd results in a SIGILL (bug
136538).
Is there anything more I can do?
