I was able to test this a little further with the help of Daniel. It
seems that gnome-sound recorder will only create this static sound when
recording as an .oga
flac, wav and spix all worked well. I tried to run audacity and save the
file as an ogg, the file sounds correct. What can be the issue

Yes, it's always reproducible.
To recreate, open Evolution and right-click on an email in the list. On
the context menu, go to Label, then to New Label. An Add Label dialog
will appear asking you to type in a label name. The default color is

I think you should re-open this bug. The original submitter was very clear in
the description of the issue:
1) You insert a CD that is not in MB and get a message stating that fact and
calling the user to action with the prompt to enter the data into MB.

I have the same problem with a P4 2.4, 1 GB RAM, tested on all the
onboard (Gigabyte 8PE667 Ultra) USB ports (all of them are 2.0).
Tested loading and unloading ehci-hcd.

I have the exact same problem. I have had to restart my browser a couple
of times, this has led to the fact that it now says:

Errr i think there are some easy ways to fix this if you can get into a
Terminal window. I think there's even some helpful How-To guides on the
installer cd even if it's an iso image. I've been quickly digging
around but can't find them, sorry dude
