After first using desktop switcher, the UNR interface panels
disappeared, and even after checking if maximus had the undecorate

Yes it's reproducible (and in my case it's never unreproducible).
Install Ubuntu 9.04.
Via the Places menu, choose Connect to server and connect to a Samba server.
After connection, an icon appears on the desktop. Right-click it and show the
properties.
Then you see 0 bytes used and 0 bytes
here is the valgrind log. I have restarted my system so the ram usage
at this point is down to 20 Mib. if you like i can re-run this when the
ram had gotten higher again.

Autocompletion
I opned a folder with a log of jpgs. them ram used by nautilus jumped
from the 20.1 Mib to 312.8. I have closed the folder but Nautilus has
not released the ram. I re-ran the valgrind and have uploaded the new
file for review as well.

I can confirm this in Jaunty, running Evolution 2.26.1. Suddenly,
today, it hangs every single time when switching to calendar view. The
assisstive technologies fix mentioned elsewhere does nothing (it
wasn't enabled initially anyway).

I had rebooted the entire system before the first log. I did not reboot
or restart Nautilus before doing the second log. when I open a
directory with jpgs the mem usage goes way up. Nautilus never releases
the memory once the folder is closed again. the memory stays in use my

I can confirm this bug (UNR Jaunty), and it's been around since at least
Intrepid, using amd64 and i386 versions (I've never successfully mounted
an iso I can use because of this bug. The mounted files are
subsequently unusable).

This tooltip is not misleading as dragging a window to another workspace
works. It doesn't work when Compiz is enabled because Compiz doesn't
support it. Try to disable Compiz and you'll see that it works perfectly
fine with Metacity.

Finally I managed to isolate the culprit. It was a single file, sitting
in my NFS-exported home folder. I don't know how it got there (it's an
email message), but the filename was a single character, in an unusual
encoding.

I'm using evince 2.26.1-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 9.04 and in presentation mode
I use cursor keys to change pages.
I have some problems changing page and have to press cursor key twice
before page changes. This always occurs when I want to pass

valgrind
