its still happening to me updated as of Aug 7th. it blanks, and my
screen goes to sleep, and its awakened by a keypress. this is with 32
bit karmic with proposed enabled, i have turned my screensaver off

As I understand it, the problem is that Nautilus doesn't show the
default directory on FTP login, leaving the user to guess their path.

I just hit this running the lastest version of pulse ( 9.0.16-test4 )
and gnome-media ( 2.27.5-0ubuntu1 ), and gnome-bluetooth (
2.27.8-0ubuntu1 ).
I paired my Samsung SBH500 BT headset.
I'm running on a new 15" Macbook. I paired the headset, went to Sound
Properties Hardware tab, enabled the BT

I personally tested Ekiga 3.2.0 which comes with ubuntu Jaunty (9.04)
with free.fr and I can assure you it works with the SIP service.
Can you try it?

I am no computer tech, so please excuse my lack of technical terms.
I press the calculator button on my keyboard like I always have, which
still pulls up the calculator. I press the numbers like usual from my
keyboard, (ex. 3 divided by 3) press enter for the answer, and i get
that error message.

for now, which has ekiga 3.2.5. Ubuntu Karmic release is due in october.
