I believe this is a papercut because the toolbar could be removed after
retraction, and added back before it slides into view.
I haven't looked at the source yet to see how easy it might be. I can
look into it myself if another developer can offer mentoring to help
review my patches.

I tried to connect an old 256MB usb disk using ext4 to my Ubuntu 10.04 live cd
system and it doesn't automount.
It's possible to mount the usb disk with Palimpsest Disk Utility, but then

I can confirm that the gnome-games 1:2.28.0-0ubuntu1 package on Ubuntu
Karmic has no sound. I.e., when a user plays gnometris, gnibbles, and
iagno nothing is heard, even though "sound" is enabled in those games.
However, sound works perfectly from other games such as OpenArena.
