I'm using an IMAP email account. The IMAP server tends to create quite
long timeouts and Evolution randomly seems to loose the connection.
Maybe that is what causes my emails to magically appear
I ran into this as well after an import of 350 photos off of an iphone 4 into a
brand new ubuntu install.

In this case, the photos apparently had a negative time.

fixed it for me.

1. Open a pdf
2. Hit print
3. Select 5 copies
4. Let it print (I print to a virtual PDF printer)
5. Hit print again - still says 5 copies.

To reproduce the problem,
1) Create a symbolic link to a folder that contains a subfolder:
mkdir -p a/b
ln -s a c
2) Open Nautilus to the subfolder through the symbolic link:
nautilus c/b
3) Remove the original subfolder and its pare
I am however able to reproduce it in EoG, so I am going to confirm this
as a paper cut.

There shouldn't be more than one application task opened against a
single bug report. If Evince and EoG are both experiencing the same
problem, then separate bug reports should be opened so that the separate
developers can fix the bugs in their own applications and a line can be
drawn under the rep

playing a game of glchess with a friend over the internet. my friend
went afk, then some time lapsed, perhaps an hour, then he came back and
moved, but i didn't see the move on my end, so the game was abandoned.

to trigger leaks but on a Live CD session of the development release of

Also it might look like a dbus connection problem. I remember that my
cron job could not run to notify-send as used to complaining that it
does not know dbus info :
libnotify-Message: Unable to get session bus: Failed to connect to socket
/tmp/dbus-7Gi7OsQAua: Connection refused

Thanks for the testing. I thought it might have been fixed since there
were commits to correct calendar access with authentication.
Since it doesn't worry and it seems those didn't affect the issue
you're seeing, do you think you could open a bug about this issue on
the upstream bug track
