Manish, maybe you're still on 13.04 because Mines and Disk Usage Analyzer have high contrast icons in 13.10. Software Updater will be fixed in the next release of gnome-themes-standard. Disks is fixed in 3.8 so we either update to 3.8 (LP: #1092719) or we can backport the new icons for 13.10. **
