I think that irc.ubuntu.com shouldn't be used at all and it's CNAME for
chat.freenode.net and as freenode's SSL certificates are for

shortcut is to unbind unity/compiz bindings and add this to
$HOME/.xbindkeysrc
gnome-screenshot -c
mod4 + p

I'm on Ubuntu Trusty with Gnome3 (gnome-session 3.9.90-0ubuntu12).

There is no useful information in this report. Odd though that is says
it crashed but there is no coredump/stacktrace. Did gdm crash at some
point, requiring a forced restart?

usual. Then I got a problem report on the desktop so I decided to file
the report. I agree it's invalid, more of an apport problem perhaps?

PPA was not tested (at least by me) with 14.10 and probably won't be.
Currently I have no specific plans for supporting non-LTS releases, but I will
review the situation when 15.04 will reach RC state.
