Share emblem does not show on XDG
Just an FYI to anyone who comes across this, I've located the exact call
that depends on numpy. It is quite difficult to find this (as numpy is
only used indirectly), so I've decided to comment despite the age of
this issue.

Do you see this problem when you turn off compositing manager and
restart program? All your mentioned programs are CSD windows and I think
GTK+ does not support toggling compositing mode - you need to restart
program.

Currently, ctrl-w closes the current settings module while ctrl-q quits
gnome control center altogether. However, the user has no way of
discovering this except for trial and error. At the very least, the
"quit" option in the menu should be labeled with ctrl-q.

loging out and back in doesn't help ( I see the cursor on the login
